Our Clinic has been working with ISI since 2010. At the time, we were looking for a local presence that could assist with our IT needs and resolve complex issues that arose since we already had someone on staff that could handle the smaller issues.
Over the past few years, though, our relationship has really evolved. When the staff member that handled our smaller IT needs took a position at another company, ISI proposed moving to a managed services model.
