Robert S. Lindley
President
Robert was born in Kansas City, MO, lived in Ava, MO most of his boyhood, and graduated from high school and college in Neosho, MO. After college he moved to Rogers, AR and then on to Little Rock, AR in 1978. He and his wife, Deborah, have a grown daughter and son who also live in Little Rock.
Robert started his career in the information technology industry in 1980 on IBM midrange systems as a software developer writing RPG code. He worked for several companies in Little Rock area over the next 14 years spending the last 6 at Arkansas Systems and worked to market, develop, and manage software products for the check and remittance industries.
He started ISI in 1994 as a one-man operation and continued to work as a software developer writing RPG on the IBM AS/400 on a contract basis. In 1999 while working on a solution for a small business, Robert installed a product called Microsoft Small Business Server. He found this product to be great fit for most of his customers and in 2001 ISI became a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Robert has been the technician, has evolved to the role of manager, and now sees himself as the entrepreneur for Innovative Systems, Inc.

Robert is an amateur photographer and enjoys woodworking although his wife believes his hobby is reading about how other people do woodworking. He is actively involved at his church and serves in technology areas especially at Easter during “The Kingdom.” (

Betty Moore
Service Coordinator
Betty has been in the field of computers since 2007. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology.
With ISI, Betty’s responsibilities include answering service calls, scheduling tickets, managing Technology Consultant’s calendars, maintaining accurate records for jobs completed.

James McAlister
Support Manager
James has been in the field of computers since 2000. He began working for ISI in 2001. James attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, where he studied Criminal Justice, Management Information Systems, and Business Administration. He was also a member of Lambda Chi Alpha.
With ISI, James specializes in Internet Security Acceleration Server, Exchange, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, SQL, Managed Services, Business Contact Manager, and Excel Pivot tables. James also installs, configures, and supports Microsoft Server and Professional operating systems, as well as supporting server based networks.

Lee Craig
Technology Consultant
Lee Graduated from Bentonville High school in 1991. Lee has been in the computer field since 2008. He graduated with high honors from Remington College July 2010 with an associate’s degree in Computer Networking Administration.
With ISI, Lee specializes in installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Server and Professional operating systems, and supporting peer-to-peer and server-based networks. Lee assists with maintaining regular upkeep on client networks.

Randy Powell
Business Development Manager
Randy has been with ISI since 2003. Randy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as well as Microsoft and CompTia certifications. During this time, Randy has transitioned from IT Consultant, to Senior IT Consultant and now is our Business Development Manager.
Randy’s primary focus at ISI is to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with our current clients. He conducts our Business and Technology Assessments, Project Scoping, Business Technology Consultations as well as Hardware and Software Procurement. Randy maintains ISI’s vendor relationships as well as aspects of sales, marketing, and management for ISI.

Scott Lewis
Technology Consulant
Scott has been in the field of computers since 2000. Scott joined ISI in 2005. He graduated from Remmingon College in 2005 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking.
With ISI, Scott specializes in Small Business Server, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Windows Vista, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, and Windows Mobile devices. He also installs, configures, and supports Microsoft Server and Professional operating systems, as well as supporting peer-to-peer and server-based networks.

Sean Wissler
Technology Consultant
Sean has been in the field of computers since 2004. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems.
With ISI, Sean specializes in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, SharePoint Server, and Foundation 2010, Small Business Server, and Windows Vista. He also installs, configures, and supports Microsoft Server and Professional operating systems, as well as supporting peer-to-peer and server-based networks.

Shannon Soenksen
Office Administrator
Shannon is a Graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1990 with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication.
With ISI, Shannon is the Office Administrator responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable, Answering Phones, Human Resources as well as assisting the Sales Manager with Product ordering. Shannon has been with ISI since February 2011.

John Lohmann
John has been in the field of computer science since 1974 and began working for ISI in October of 2011. John attended the University of Arkansas where he graduated with the first degree in Computer Science Engineering ever bestowed by the university. After college, John was commissioned in the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant and served as a Flight Instruct and Flight Test Electronic Warfare Officer on the B-52 Stratofortress.
After leaving the Air Force, John attended the University of Arkansas. Upon completing the program, John became the lead software engineer; working on the CNC operating system for Artran Inc.
John left Artran in 1998 and went to work for Acxiom Corp. He was also invited to be a Visiting Instructor at the University of Arkansas during this time. John became a full-time instructor with Remington College in 2001 and taught IT classes there until 2011. John was also a member of the Theta Tau Fraternity.

Billy McCurley
Billy graduated from Valley Springs High School in 2000. Billy has been in the computer field since 2008. He graduated with a 3.5 GPA from Remington College October 2009 with an associate’s degree in Computer Networking Administration.
With ISI, Billy specializes in installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Server and Professional operating systems, and supporting peer-to-peer and server-based networks. Billy assists with maintaining regular upkeep on client networks.
